I have decided to go with a MEGA TAG today
The Tag is from the K&Co collection
I have adorned with lace, pearls and flowers from Wild Orchid Crafts
The gorgeous glitter butterflies are from Prima
I have also used some cream seam binding, lace and ribbon at the top of the tag
