This is such a cute image from Penny Black isn't it. I have finally summoned up the courage and have cut into my Teddy Bo book of papers that i bought last year to make this little creation. I have used shades of brown/beige and lots of circles. The brown dotty ribbon is from The Ribbon Girl and the buttons are from my stash.
