There is a great challenge over at Deep Ocean all about the colour 'Blue. Light Blue' great creations from the DT really beautiful.......
The BG papers are from my stash and i have punched around with a MS PATP...added some flowers and pearls from Wild Orchid Crafts and some flat flowers and brads from my stash....the image is a Gorjuss Girl and i have coloured her in hues of blue and added a little sparkle with a copic glitter pen..........
